Facilities could also use the calendar to avoid scheduling maintenance, deliveries, or other large-vehicle activity during busy customer periods.

The system could give operators better visibility into high-traffic days while making the move-in experience feel more organized. Even a basic calendar could reduce blocked drive aisles, double parking, and frustration during peak periods.

What to do about it: Identify the loading spaces that create the most congestion and test optional reservations during your busiest days. Keep the process simple, limit time blocks, and send automatic reminders before each reservation. Better coordination can improve traffic flow without expanding the property.
